I hope I conveyed that the web site was bad, the guy on the phone from India was great. He gave me an immediate refund and waived shipping on my order. In fact, I think the new Amazon policy may create some jobs there.

Not all customer service is abysmal.

I bought a draft N Linksys wireless router which was a bear to
install, but the customer service folks (in India) were super and
walked me through it.  I couldn't be happier about it!
