Did you check the 30 amp strip fuse by the main fuse box?

I'd rather loose the fan in the summer, even at 100F, than when I need
it to keep the windshield clear while driving. Cold feels more life
threatening to me than heat, though my wife is the opposite.

BTW, the fan is no fun to replace - the WW mechanism must be removed after
removing the WW and cowling trim.
Lots of instructions in the WSM -
but I paid to have mine changed last August - no fun to lose the AC when
it's in the upper 90s.
