I think the idle should be ~ 800. There is an adjustment at the IP, towards the block. Kinda close quarters, but it's doable. I used a deep socket to loosen the counter nut. Turn the slotted bolt to change the idle speed. IIRC, CW is more, CCW is less RPM.
