Replace the fuel filters (both primary and secondary) as well as the air

EBay 220084576595 MAY start you on the BODY. You will still need the engine 
manual.

You will be better to get a CD and print the sections as you need them.

Andrew,
Have someone sit in the rear seat when you're traversing the speed bumps to
determine if it's coming from the rear.  If so, it's probably the rear
connecting rod(s).  Pretty easy job and sort of inexpensive.  Good luck.
