Most likely... Well, if it's inside the right rear wheel, that would probably be the fuel tank, though it could be a brake line. If it's more like behind the rear wheel from an open hose, that could be the overflow hose from next to the fuel cap. If it's like in the middle rear, that could be the spare tire well port...
