So, does anyone know whether is it possible to remove and pop in a replacement clock into the gauge without a lot of hassle?
Because soldering is required to swap the clock itself, and the 99%+ repair of a dead clock is a trivial soldering job, once you're in a position to swap it you're equally well set up to just repair it. And it's cheaper. -- Jim
