[MBZ] Drip timing -idle vs full throttle

I have always set my injection timing on the OM617 with fuel pump in the
idle position. This I have discovered is in fact incorrect and should be
set when pump is in the full throttle position. Does anyone know approx
what the differnce in crankshaft degrees is approximately between the
two methods?
