Larry - I think your book covers the 126 from '89 to '91, not to '81.
I have this one, and the 1988 which covers :
107 starting 1985;
124;
126 starting 1985;
and 201 starting 1985.
So this book basically covers from 1985 through 1988.  The 123 is not
in either of these two books.
