were $15

So how much are steel wheels for an '82 240D (W123) to use for snow
tires?

Steel wheels are $10 here.  I just looked, they've dropped their
alloy wheel price to $12.50 as well.  Both prices complete with
rubber, if any.  Usually the tires found there are not so good.
But not always!  Chrome doesn't matter that I can tell.
