more an antifreeze and anticorrosive.  i presume it raises the boiling
temperature over that of water, but maybe it is just the system
pressure that does that.  water is a superior "coolant" however.

I too run more H2O than coolant usually since I live on the surface of the
sun.
So...that leads to the question:
That peach colored stuff we mix with water and put in our radiators....is it
more a "coolant" or an "antifreeze"?
