Hi Bob,
I checked it and it looks fine. Don;t know if you have ever held one
and seen how they go together and come apart - everything is magnetism - and
there's one wire that goes to the center of the unit and when power is
applied, the 2 pieceslock together magnetically. Remove the power and they
drop apart. The one I have spins smoothly and the power wire is in good
condition. There's little else to consider. I could clean and paint it to
make it look great cosmetically but it's not really necessary.
$25 plus shipping. Pls send your address and I'll weigh it and
calculate shipping. It's pretty heavy - probably 12-18 #'s. I have some
accurate scales though.
My paypal address is [EMAIL PROTECTED] - I suggest you use cut n
paste as there's a couple of confusing letters in my address - the first
digit is a lower case L and the 2nd digit is a Zero (numeric) - aftter that
it's easy.
Let me know - Take care --

Subject: [MBZ] Clutch on a York Compressor
I can change out the clutch on a York compressor, right?
The compresor works when is switched on but the clutch is rattly and
noisy
when the compressor is off.
Is this task covered in the manual?
So...when I start twisting wrenches tomorrow I get to fix the
ACcompressor
clutch, rebuild the vacuum pump and replace a headlight. An odd combo.
