Rusty's always the best option & I always add oil filters to my orders, but it's hard to order just filters because of shipping cost. I believe WIX is equal quality.

I've not ever seen them locally, myself. I usually get the Hengst filters when I order from Rusty. I just ask for "oil filters" and trust that he sends good ones.
