Hi Tony, I noticed the same thing about Pa roads when we went to Hershey a couple of years ago. we like to attend the Porsche swap meet and had considered driving the 911 there until we saw how the roads were. Yuck! Va is somewhat better but it's amazing how the quality of the roads - even federal interstates - change at the state line.
