That was one of the ways the nigerian got in trouble with TX on the
sale of the POS SDL. He drove the car for a number of months without
bothering to register it in TX and used his temp dealer transport
tag. When he tried to sell it to me, he had to forge the spot on the
title where his nigerian accomplice had bought it nine months prior
in MD.
