Have you tried resoldering your bad one?

Open it up and resolder all the connections.
Amazing how much electronics there are in these
cars that seem susceptible to this repair.
You always hear about ACC and Cruise, but
OVP relays, timer relays, Klima relays, etc.,
respond positively too.

And hey, it didn't work _before_ you started
messing with it, you don't have a lot to lose.
