Thanks Dan! I tried everything to get a Becker for the trunk. Even found one from the period - which are the only ones that work with the component Becker system - and it was with SW Stereo (a Becker expert) for almost a year while he searched for parts to repair it. They're just not out there anywhere.
So, I gave up and took the list advice to use an Alpine CHM-S6?? which thankfully works. It's been suggested I clean the changers heads which can reduce skipping.
