With cold I think it is the wind that makes the difference - humidity is not much of a factor when it gets cold [? I don't think, except for snow and sleet]. A friend from a Paraguay says they used to lie in the sun and tan when it was in the 20's - shorts only, when the wind was dead calm. Not a problem to stay warm as long as you didn't move much. BillR
