Horsepower requirements for R134 are generally quoted at 15-20% more than  
R12.  I would look for variations in pulley sizes which would drive the  R134 
compressors faster at the same given engine speed.  The same condenser  could 
be 
used if head pressures were to run higher due to the faster  speeds.  Can you 
compare pulley sizes in the EPC?
