First get Avast antivirus. It's FREE and is constantly updated! http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html You need to register to get a key but that's it! No hassles no bull. Also get Kerio Personal Firewall if you're on anything but a dialup or if there's no firewall built into your router: http://filehippo.com/download_kerio_personal_firewall/?468 And, hopefully, you're using Firefox not Internet Explorer.
