Some degree of that can be normal, depending on atmospheric conditions. But I would first check to see that your AC is not blowing up through the defroster vents, chilling the glass so that when you shut it off and the natural evaporation of the un-drained condensate (of which there is always going to be some) re-condenses on the cold glass.
