Ahh, I do see an "in-transit permit on nysdmv.com" Hmm, I kinda think they
might figure out that I've already registered the car before and not let
that one fly...  And I suppose if I have to pay $10, it's not THAT much
worse to pay $46 or whatever just for the ease of dealing with it,
especially for probably more than 30 days...
