"The AC needs a charge" = the AC does not work. That or it does not hold pressure long enough for you to drive it away.
Ironically, this NPR belongs to a heating/cooling company LOL! If I decide to buy it, I'm going to try to work it into the deal that they fix/recharge it if I pay full price. The way that the dragon boat club board drags its feet on EVERYTHING, they may lose it. We put a deposit down to hold it, but my wife and I are thinking about purchasing it if they don't. It can move us and both of her sisters, and also be rented out to the club too.
