Kevin,

Plan your trip around the I-5 mess carefully.  Right now traffic  
seems to be flowing, but I suspect cars are not on the road.  That  
should change once everybody learns how little traffic there is.   
Could grind to a halt by Friday.  Not sure 405 will be a better  
choice.  Might try 99 around seattle.  I hear 101 is a nice drive.
