I think about five years, maybe a bit longer. Probably depends on
loads and temperatures more than miles. Does the suspension pump up
properly when you pile a load in the back, or has the control valve
already been damaged? My W201 has SLS, when I got it, it needed a control
valve (found a used valve for $50, works fine) and nitrogen spheres.
