I disagree - Wikipedia is a community based system - anyone can write anything they choose and anyone else can change it. Also, the graph starts at 1980 (when ozone was 1st measured as I mentioned) but we have no iea of what the level was before 1980. It could have been *much* smaller before changing to the numbers shown in the graph.
I just don't believe Wikipedia is the best place for definitive knowedge of such a deeply scientific subject as this.
