Best boss I've ever had. Stays out of my way as long as my work is up to date. If I tell him we need something we get it, etc. I've been working for him pretty much for four years (less a six month disaster working for the idiot the idiot tech I was complaining about works for). With the exception of working for my Dad this is the only boss I've ever had that I don't consider dumber than a potato...
