Age and miles of service really don't matter. You don't know if they need new nozzles until you test and adjust them. The spray pattern will tell you if they are worn out and the pressure at which they spray will tell you if you need to adjust the spring tension with shims.
I have a pressure tested & thought about servicing injectors as a business several times but I really don't have the time right now. The core value is $17 each and came to the conclusion that I want to keep them. I intend to have them serviced locally. The replacement injectors had BOSH stamped on them with India stamped on the lower body. My old ones are German. It is most likely that my old injectors will need new nozzles. I have seen another nozzle provider that is Italian Bosio, I believe. Any one ever mess with this??
