I think Kevin in Hillsboro's dragon boat club was looking for a boat dragger. IIRC, he wished Midwest commercial van prices applied in the Pacific Northwest. After the trouble he had with the Sprinter on hills, I would assume the 4BT would need a bit of 'bombing' to do the job. IIRC, a 3.9L Cummins is about a 125-160hp engine depending on state of tune.
