When were the fuel filter/s replaced? Also, there's a strainer in the bottom of the gas tank -
one or all of the above could be partially clogged allowiing fuel to flow for a while then causing a stoppage. Sometimes, more rare but possible, the fuel hoses deteriorate on the inside and partially stop the flow. There comes a time when all fuel hoses should be changed.
