I'd replace the other rear as well, with that many miles already on
the tires.  Do you have a full-size spare?  If not you might consider
buying another wheel and using the current good rear tire as a spare.

If you change sizes, you'll need to change all the tires.  I would not
change sizes, it will throw off your speedometer/odometer and could
affect handling adversely.
