i like to see who i'm dealing with, actually. for example, say you place a large overnight order from bimby parts. if i don't know you, i like to see what sort of place you have before i ship. if i see a home that is owned by you, i feel a lot better than if i see a mailboxes place.
you don't call, though, until you know the answers already. i once had a guy place a large overnight order going to a trailer park. when i emailed him about this, he explained that he needed it for his retail auto parts store. now we know we are dealing with nonsense, but we finish by asking him if it is being sent to the "store" and would like to know more about the "store" to see if he might qualify for any further discounts. he falls apart some more at this point and then goes away. so it matters to me whether i'm going to a farm, a mansion, a hillbilly shack. i don't like any sort of additional surprises when conducting any sort of business.
