Are you SURE the arm is BROKEN? Do you have the door apart yet. It's usually the little (about an inch + -) square plastic slider that usually fails. The slider is easy to replace by drilling out old rivet and brad new copper rivet. If the arm is really BROKEN, you may need new mechanism or splice arm.
