123's, 124's, b126's and others have the fog light positions already in the lenses and bulb holder assemblies, but the appropriate wiring to operate them is missing from US models. To activate the fogs as tail lights, I simply insert the appropriate bulb base from a salvaged bulb holder assembly into the fog position and splice its wire into the existing tail light wire 2 or 3 inches away. Some listers like to activate the fogs as brake lights in the same manner. I like to have more light in the rear ALL the time. VERY easy to do.
