When I have the car in the air twice a year to swap winter/summer tires, I always spin each wheel by hand and compare for drag and funny noises. When doing the spin test as above I have noticed that the front wheels seem to make a bit of a grumbly noise... not loud enough to be audible when actually driving yet, but am I right in thinking that's the first sign of bearings needing to be rebuilt or replaced? I've never done that job on a Benz before...
