I'm sure Jim and Craig McCluskey (who actually did this to his car) could help us with this. If I'm understanding correctly, the foil is to line the pipes between the light bulbs and the instruments in the cluster so that the light can be reflected more efficiently. I hope that it's not too hard to do it. I do dive into a lot of unfamiliar things, and can usually figure out what's going on.
