While on that subject, I just discovered today that some local towns are
about to enact a law where CITYWIDE the speed limit is reduced during
morning and afternoon "school zone" hours. Rather than the lower limit only
enforced in "school zones" in vicinity of schools while students arrive and
depart it will be city wide. Something to do with buses transporting during
those hours.

That ought to make morning commutes interesting.
