If you keep the jump seat down all the time, it doesn't look like it would be hard to bolt some seat belts to the floor. You'd also want to attach the back of the seat to the floor somehow so it doesn't fold in a crash. I'd haul five kids in one of those. Five kids and an infant in a car seat is a different matter.
