I wonder if I should sell my 1983 (282 K miles) 300TD, which needs about $1500 in rust repair, or should I fix it up and keep it. I would like an 87 300TD if I could find a nice one that doesn't cost the earth. I imagine I could get between $1500 and $2K for my wagon "as is". Anybody willing to impart some advice?
