I'm surprised the law that gives the bonty hunters so much leeway hasn;t 
been rewritten by now - I think the one presently in effect goes back to 
pre-civil war days when they were hunting down runaway slaves.  IIRC it was 
challenged in the late 1800s but the law stood -

    It's hard to believe we have a law that allows the BHs to get away with 
so much stuff.  If law enforcement can play by the rules, the BHs can also -
