My '83 300D acted like it had a warped rotor when I stopped. I checked all the rotors with a dial indicator and they were all within .001. Found that the left rear axle boot was leaking pretty bad. Could a dry, damaged half axle cause that sort of thing; sort of like a tread separation on a tire would feel? Thanks, Gerry Archer '83 300D and '240D
