I guess since there's no reason to *not* sue since there are no 
repercussions to sue an lose - other than losing of coure.

What do you think of making the loser pay the expenses.  Doubt that would 
ever get passed but it would stop silly
lawsuits don't you think?

That would be it. Present company excepted, there are entirely too many 
lawyers in the United States. Most of them in private practice will sue at 
the drop of a hat.
