So I have suspected my 02 Duramax needed injectors by the fact that it would smoke at idle, and is not getting the mileage it should. The local claremoron dealer I took it to a while back said no. I asked our sales guys at work who has the best service dept around here. So they tell me and I take the truck there. Yep, needs new injectors. The injectors for this thing are $400 a piece and are really buried down in the head. So the dealer is going to replace all 8 of them for free. It sure was good of the General to extend the warranty on those to 200k. -- Kaleb C.
