Probably no more than his charge to remove the replacement engine from your old car. If you're paying labor it gets expensive in a hurry no matter which way you go. If you swap the engine/tranny together it isn't difficult, just tedious. You've got to unbolt the flex disk, motor mounts, shift linkage, wiring, vacuum hoses, exhaust, etc and then slowly lift it out.
