I'd meet them in small claims court in my state (Connecticut). I'd very simply tell the nice Judge that I had maintained the car per the requirements and that regardless of the manufacturer's claims, I had not gotten reasonable service. He would suggest to the company rep that he should negotiate with me in good faith. I got my 105Kmi Dakota painted that way. The paint bond with primer was failing.
