After changing a working directory parent in a subrepo, running "hg commit" in
its parent repo does not indicate subrepo changes:
HG: Enter commit message. Lines beginning with 'HG:' are removed.
HG: Leave message empty to abort commit.
HG: --
HG: user: ...
HG: branch 'default'
HG: no files changed
It'll be nice if the commit template shows what subrepos are changed.
