We have seen multiple instance of bookmarks disappearing from a server (client
using ssh). In such instance, the `changelog.index.has_node` returned False for
most revision but the one newly added by the transaction.
The repository uses the Rust extension and persistent-nodemap so this is a
prime suspect.
This is is making bookmark disappear on the server side I am marking this as
critical and release blocker.
We have not produced a reproduction yet.
