I tried downloading Mercurial 4.0 source installers, but the links are
broken: from https://www.mercurial-scm.org/downloads, neither Windows
x86 and x64 Python 2.7 source links work (and I can't find the
installers in https://www.mercurial-scm.org/release/windows either).
