I used the FB version[1] on Linux with something around 4.4-4.6. You need to compile the linelog module in there too. AFAIK, the FB version won't work on Windows for that reason. You might need to update that repository back to somewhere around the time 4.4 was released- I'm not sure how far back the current code in the repo maintains compatibility.

Be aware that some UI tweaks have been done to the one in core hg, like defaulting to interactive mode, and giving a better indicator of where things will be put when running in interactive mode.
