Hi Swetha, Usually this happens when proper Add-ins are not enabled. Or enabled add-in not identifying the objects. If you are very sure, that required object add-ins are available in your installed QTP, please let us know which version of QTP you are using.. Try doing one more thing.. Open QTP first and then Open your application if you are using lesser than QTP 9.5 version.. Happy scripting..
