It does not help as much as it could.

"i = 4 -because- -your- webtable -is- starting from the 4th row. XYZ is the
value -you- =are= getting and -you- can compare it with the data that -you-
-have- parameterized.
This -is- not the only method to solve it."

We are not quick text chatting among friends. We are professionals dealing in
technical matters.

My first reaction when I see text written like that is to discount the writer's
knowlege. An answer written in this fashion appears to be disrespectful to the
person with the issue.

If you are using a phone to reply to these postings, DON'T! Or take the time to
frame a proper answer.

It would very easy to fall into bad writing habits.

I friend at work was a refugee from the USSR. A good programmer, his written
English was not strong. I wroke in the "Technical" group, training was one of
the things we were in charge of. Knowing that I wrote well, my buddy came to me
for help with his technical documentation and memeos. He wanted to get help on
the sly during lunch. I went to my boss and my boss agreed with me that this
was training.

So an hour or two a week we worked on his written English.

After he was there 6 monoths we all got our annual reviews.
My friend got glowing praise for the improvement in his written and spoken
English.
